Transform yourself and Win!

It is important to understand this is a Transformation Contest, not a weight loss contest. The three criteria below will be considered when choosing winners for the awards.

Here is how the contest works and how you can win your dream vacation:

1. Compliance - Join the Get Slim Now Transformation and comply with all of the requirements and instructions. Everyone who joins the Transformation will complete a profile. To be considered for awards and participate in the contest, you will opt in or indicate "yes" to the question on the first page of the profile. Be sure you submit all of the required information to be eligible for the contest awards. You will submit your before photos, your measurements, and your lipid panel or blood test results. During the 13-week program, you will be asked to submit your measurements, weight, and blood pressure readings on a weekly basis. You will also be asked to track or log all of your food, exercise, and other important information about your health on a daily basis. You will also be required to use the Unicity products that are part of the program. At the end of your program, you will be asked to submit your after photos, your measurements, and your final lipid panel or blood test results. Those who are the most compliant in following the coaches’ instructions and supplying all of the requested information in a timely manner will receive the highest consideration for awards!
2.  Transformation – Since your transformation will consist of outward appearance, measurements, and blood test results, those who experience the greatest transformation and positive changes in a combination of all of these areas will receive the highest consideration for awards!
3. Compelling Story – Write to us and tell us your story. Tell us about your increase in activity, how accomplishing your vision has changed your life, improved your health, increased your fitness level, improved your attitude and lifestyle, and improved your relationships. Those who are able to articulate the total transformation they have experienced will receive the highest consideration for awards!

·       Our awards committee will consider the above three areas when choosing a 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place winner every three months.

·       Only participants in the Get Slim Now Transformation Program will be considered for awards.

·       Participants in the program may opt out of the contest if they do not want to be considered for awards.

·       Participants who finish and submit all of the required items within the same three month period will be considered for the same awards. Example:

o   January, February, and March Awards announced in April

o   April, May, and June Awards announced in July

o   July, August, and September Awards announced in October

o   October, November, and December Awards announced in January

·      The first, second, and third place winners will be able to choose from the exciting Lifestyle Experience options listed in those categories. Choose the option that meets your vision and enjoy the activities in a way you could not have before your transformation! Depending upon timing and availability, you may also be offered an opportunity to participate in a Make Life Better Reward Trip as an option!
