The Presidential levels represent the pinnacle of the compensation plan. These Phase III ranks include:

PRESIDENTIAL DIRECTOR*
PRESIDENTIAL SAPPHIRE
PRESIDENTIAL RUBY
PRESIDENTIAL DIAMOND

Associates who reach the Presidential ranks are richly rewarded for their leadership, commitment, work, and dedication. They may earn membership in the Presidents Club and become entitled to special recognition at company-sponsored events and in other ways.

When you qualify at one of the Presidential levels for three consecutive months, you become a member of the exclusive Presidents Club for twelve months. Once inducted, Associates continue to receive recognition and membership for one year from their third consecutive qualifying month. Your qualification will continue on a rolling 12-month calendar.

Membership in the Presidents Club has many privileges, including the opportunity to qualify for exotic reward trips and incentives. As the cream of the crop, President's Club members receive additional recognition and status.

Presidents Club members receive the following recognition perks:

• Onstage recognition at global and national events
• Photo on the Wall of Fame at Unicity headquarters and your local Unicity office
• Magazine and web recognition
• Exotic trips
• Participation in special bonuses and contests
• Specially designed plaque and rank pin
